I’m over 50, postmenopausal. My weight had always stayed fairly steady, but in the last few years, I have been slowly but surely going up. Nothing worked. Until I found Noom. It's different. Of course they want you to focus on healthy foods, but they give you the psychology behind the process. No foods are off limits, but moderation is key. I never feel hungry. Or deprived, however, this is due to the psychology stuff. Anyway, I love it. I believe I can keep this up as a lifestyle. I’ve lost 10 lbs so far. That’s huge! My weight hasn’t gone in this direction in years!
