To be honest, I wasn't expecting to feel a difference. For the first week, I didn't notice any difference in the way I felt. After that, I definitely noticed a change. I have my own cleaning business and I would start to have a lag in energy after about two hours of work. Now I still have energy to spare when I finish a house! And best of all, I am sleeping better. Thank you for a product that actually did as advertised!
