I've been taking Energy Renew for quite some time now because almost immediately after starting to take it I experienced a massive increase in my general wellbeing and energy levels which increased my productivity both mentally and physically. I also take Vital Reds and Heart Defense. They all taste absolutely delicious and make consumption of my 2 liters of water extremely easy and pleasurable. I usually add my Energy Renew to my morning blended drink of spinach, half avocado, macadamia nuts and berries...delicious!
