I admit it, I was skeptical. I am not a dieter, but managed to lose 60 lbs a few years back...then put most of it back on. I did the Noom trial, and said, "Well, this might work, but we'll see if it will work with my crazy schedule." Well, it does, and it works well. The thinking is almost made automatic by reading and following each day.
