I can honestly say that I have noticed a difference with this product. I'm not a coffee drinker, but when I do drink coffee, I feel like I crash as well as get jittery. I don't feel that way with this product. Also, as a physical therapist on my feet and being active every day, I have noticed improved work tolerance. Little side note, being around hundreds of people during flu season, cross fingers that I haven't gotten sick. If that's from the product, I will take it.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
