I have always had the worst cramps. I’m talking in bed, keeled over, thinking I’m going into labor bad. Last month, a friend of mine brought over these amazing gel pads one morning and told me "you have to try my Livia," and I don’t think I can ever be without it! Literally. EVER. Thank you for creating such relief for painful bodies like mine!
