I am a 70-year-old woman and I have been drinking Energy Renew. When I first ordered it, I didn't order enough, but I ordered a year's worth the next time. I won't be without it again. No more naps and I have enough energy to get me through the day without making me jittery. I love all Dr. Gundry products to date.
