I have been using Energy Renew along with other life-enhancing products for several months. It is easy to take in my smoothie. My doctor was very pleased with the results of a recent blood test, so I must be doing something right! At almost 82, I can still enjoy an active lifestyle of folk-dancing, Zumba, and water aerobics, despite osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and a recent hip replacement. I have more energy than many people in my age group, and I think that this supplement helps to enhance it.
