    Noom Diet

    Psychology for the win!

    Overall Experience:

    I joined with not much hope, but was so sick of quick fixes where you'd gain all the weight back that you lost and more. So, I figured I'd try Noom. I'm so glad I did! I love the daily lessons, learning about the psychology behind the things I do (or don't do) is so eye-opening and extremely helpful. I'm learning daily how to make this a lifestyle change, not just another unsustainable diet.

    I like the changes and progress I'm making inside and out!

    The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is because the food database needs some work. It's easy to add things, but for Androids, there is no way to enter a recipe, so if you home make something, you have to add all the ingredients in one at a time. But it's honestly worth it for the psychology aspect alone!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
