I am a 65-year-old man and have had issues with B.M. all of my life. I would go from diarrhea most of the time back to constipation. I had only been taking Synbiotic 365 for about a week and now all of my B.M. are normal and consistently a few times every day. I have now been taking it for my first month and just placed my order for my second box. I will always be reordering every month and taking it as the name says 365 days a year.
