I am enjoying Noom. Five weeks = 9 pounds. I love the food breakdown into categories and that no food is BAD. Moderation. The psych tips are amazing. I have saved so many of the articles.
I am now eating appropriate portions, and getting in more of those greens that are so hard in the beginning.
The only problem I have is the step counter. Mine will frequently not log my steps and it will end up with 7 for the whole day. I haven't found a way to correct this. My daughter says I must glide not step, LOL.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
