I have struggled with changing my eating habits for a while. Noom is the first program I have used that has worked for me and that I've kept up with for a month now! The personalized coaching helps keep me accountable, and the daily articles and activities are fun, informative, and keep me focused. I only intended to try the 2-week trial but now I am hooked and hope to use the tools from this program for the rest of my life!
