I was hesitant to try something else since nothing works. The first week I started losing the weight and feeling better. Fast forward to week 5 and it's great. I don't crave sugar anymore. My choices are driven by what my body wants not my emotional needs. I have already recommended Noom to all my friends. Thank you so much for this program. Weight loss is more than food and exercise, it's a lot of brain too.
