I am completely invested in Noom. I've tried to lose weight over the years with varying success, but Noom is the first program I've ever used that gets me, that has easily and consistently transformed my thinking about food, dieting, eating and moving. With a well-designed approach to helping me understand my inner prejudices and in understanding letting go of my mindset, Noom has used psychology to change my relationship with myself and with food. And it's been remarkably fast and easy to do so!
I've been spending time with Noom, reading great articles and stories, logging my intake, keeping track of my exercise (which I have to admit I was already pretty consistent about), and providing me with insight into the whole process. I rarely feel hungry. I haven't felt deprived. Even on days when we're traveling and I have to eat out, Noom has made it possible for me to choose wisely and stay on track. And the personal coach feature has been outstanding! I added another five pounds to my weight loss goal. I am losing more than two pounds a week and I'm engaged and encouraged and intrigued. I can't wait to see what Noom has for me for week 6!
And one more thing. I thrive on the encouragement Noom provides. Count me as one very happy Noom Nerd!
