I ordered the food and my shipping and billing address was switched. I called and the lady said she would switch it. Almost two months later I still haven't received anything or gotten an email about the status of my order. I called customer service to inquire about my purchase and was on hold for over twenty minutes, I finally hung up and did not talk to anyone. They answer fast to take your order but do not answer customer service for problems. I am very dissatisfied with this service. I'm glad I didn't waste my money and purchase a bigger bundle of food.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
