    Thanks for the miles of compliments

    Overall Experience:

    There are so many things I love about Gwynnie Bee, from the excitement of opening my boxes, to the confidence I feel when I have a well fitting dress, to the way my husband looks at me and makes me feel sexy again. I ride the high of compliments pretty much every day when I get compliments like "I love your dress!" And I always respond "Thanks, it’s Gwynnie Bee! And they have a free month trial. You should try it." I wish there was some magical way to account for the number of strangers I’ve referred!

    I love not having to do laundry or drive to the dry cleaners. Returns are easy. The customer service on the phone is always fantastic. Always feel valued and treated like a valued customer. Online/email help not as helpful like they have to follow certain protocols before they can take extra steps to correct.

    My biggest complaint is how slow the boxes come and that they are automated without any input for style, like the time I got 5 pairs of jeans. What? Would have liked a mix of items. Also, a warning when you place an item in your closet in a different size when you already have one. Like "You already have this item in your closet in another size, are you sure you want to add?" I felt cheated when I did this inadvertently and both sizes were shipped in the same box. Had one less outfit that week but I’m sure there are times someone might like to order two sizes to find the right fit.

    Regarding slowness, I have been really frustrated with the time in between boxes. And that when customer service would add items in hopes of making me happier (which it did) they didn’t tell me I was changing the plan long term and committing to a new level. I thought they were giving me a free month to try out that package and then it would revert but I kept seeing my bill climb month after month. And when I got to 5 items I was super frustrated. I still started 3 weeks in a row without an outfit for the weekend or Monday even when I reported I was reporting I was returning them in the app the moment they arrived. It’s gotten a bit better since customer service said to report them as returned as soon as they hit my in home section and not even wait til they get to the house but then my ratings on the style and size are meaningless because I haven’t actually tried anything on. That hasn’t seemed to be a big issue though.

    Ultimately I felt totally ripped off for 5 items when I went so many work days without an outfit and there’s such a big jump in price from 3 to 5 items that I didn’t think matched the jump. I was charged $150, or maybe I bought an item that month now that I think about it. Anyway, an extra $50 for two items that never showed up in a timely manner wasn’t worth it so I went back to 3 knowing I may have to wear something of my own.

    Thanks for your hard work to improve the customer service experience. I’m a huge fan. Gwynnie Bee has improved my quality of life in many ways and earned me lots of respect in my new position because it allows me to "dress the part." Y’all rock!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
