So quick to take my money, never asked me where I PREFERRED to get the package sent.
NOW I have been on hold for two hours, trying to get the address to ship to my other my credit card address! Talked to sales department, could not help.
Down home sales talk! City type SCAM TACTICS!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Thank you for submitting feedback regarding your purchase on 3/4/2019 that was made via self-service online. The option to include a different shipping address is provided at the time of sale, but I am sorry it was missed. This information is also reflected in the order confirmation we send immediately after purchase in case any changes are needed.
You contacted us on 3/18/2019 regarding the status, which we advised the order has been shipped but could not be delivered due to the wrong address. We then requested you to provide your shipping address so a new order could be sent out, but we did not receive your response. Your payment method was refunded in full, and the original order was returned to our warehouse by the carrier.
