I purchased a six month supply reluctantly, because most products I buy do nothing or nothing near what they promise. I've gotten rid of a few nagging heath issues that had resulted in a better feeling of wellbeing, which had enabled me to address other issues with more gusto. I haven't been taking anything else new so I attribute these benefits directly to this supplement. I have also lost 8 pounds during this time which I didn't expect and am happy about. My brain is happier and much less fuzzy as well.
