I've been very pleased with taking this supplement. I've used it as a meal replacement as well as a gut restorative supplement. Gut feels a lot more relaxed with a very nice sense of well being. It tastes very good and I always look forward to taking it...once a day mostly, but sometimes twice daily.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
