Easy to use. My daughter's PC was giving her problems. When watching videos (Netflix or YouTube), the video feed would go black with only the audio playing. She had to play with the mouse all the time to keep the video on the screen. I ran the FixMeStick and voila, malware found and removed, no more problem.
