I purchased the FixMeStick back in 2015. I really didn't know if I'd ever use it, but at least I'd have it, should by some chance I might find my computer with a virus. Then in 2019, my computer was acting all weird and navigating was almost impossible. I considered calling my "computer guru" son-in-law who is an IT specialist for Microsoft here in California. But I remembered the FixMeStick, and figured I'd try that first. I inserted the thumb drive and let it run...ALL NIGHT! 7 HOURS later, it was done. The report stated it found two serious viruses and cleaned them out! The computer is like NEW now and it's 10 years old! Thank you FixMeStick! Well worth the investment!
