I have been a FixMeStick since almost the beginning and I endorse the product.
There are certain problems that you cannot fix, at least with standard solutions. If you discover you have Stage Four cancer, there is not much your doctor can do, maybe other than make you comfortable and somewhat pain-free.
If you have a bad motherboard and constant blue screens, FixMeStick, as good as it is, cannot fix some hardware problems.
Your technician made a noble try, but the short version is that FixMeStick can't cure all problems. This computer will be getting a new motherboard and probably a new hard drive. I absolve FixMeStick from any responsibility in this case. You gave it a good try, but you can't cure cancer. I am going to keep using FixMeStick, after my computer is okay again.
