    A big disappointment

    Overall Experience:

    I went to the consultation. I had my teeth scanned. I chose which plan I wanted. Everything was great. They even gave me lip balm and teeth whitening kit. But then...

    I received a phone call. He told me I was approved for "both arches," which meant top and bottom. He told me the payment would be processed the next day, and my aligners will be in the making and shipped to me. Well, the payment was processed.

    I waited for about three weeks. My aligners finally arrived. I was so happy. I washed my hands, brushed my teeth, and started going through all the stuff in the box.

    The aligners, wait what! Only the bottoms! Not tops! I called them, and apparently, I wasn’t approved for the tops. Then they badgered me and didn’t want me to cancel. They didn’t want to give me my money back. They wanted me to wait to talk to someone that would explain why. No, they lied to me. I just want my money back. My teeth aren’t even that bad, just slightly off from being straight. They are a scam!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
