I love the effect, but when I mix the powder with room temperature water, and shake it, it turns into a nasty slimy mess that is so awful I can't swallow it. I had better results by using chilled milk, only stir with a spoon, and then drink it without emulsification.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
