    Noom Diet

    Great tool to reset your health habits

    Overall Experience:

    I'm a busy, working 47-year-old mom of three and was looking for an app to help me lose a few pounds (and my muffin top!), and keep it off. I was also looking for something that would increase my energy level and improve my mindset - and help me live a healthier lifestyle. I needed something that wouldn't break the bank, and could "coach" me on my terms (i.e. when I had the time). I'm so glad I found Noom, as it's been great in helping accomplish these goals.

    I've been using the app for six weeks and have lost 7 pounds, on my way to my goal of 15. The loss has been slow and steady - and hopefully, once it's off, it stays off! But it's not just about the weight loss - my clothes fit a little better, I feel a little healthier and have a bit more energy and feel equipped to keep going even if I have some bad days.

    Noom will stay with you on your fitness journey - even through the hills, valleys, and plateaus. It will help you get to a new, healthier you and help give you the tools to stay that way long term. There is no one app that is right for everyone - but this one was the right one for me.
