    Noom Diet

    Good stuff

    Overall Experience:

    I started using Noom because, while I wasn't very overweight, I had been carrying around about 20 extra pounds over the last few years and I just wasn't comfortable with my body. I was a bit skeptical about using an app to lose weight, but I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoy reading the articles every morning, and the quizzes are a great way of reinforcing what you read. I also like having a coach and the group holding me accountable. Plus the whole concept of caloric density versus just simply calorie content in food has completely changed my approach to eating. I am much more conscious of where foods are falling on the density scale, and it has been so much easier to make smart choices. I've been using the app for about 6 weeks and I'm down almost 10 pounds. That is a huge win for me!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
