BetterHelp is a great company. I have a counselor named Mary and she's very patient and understanding. Even if there's nothing going on, she always reaches out. It's always nice to have BetterHelp as an option when I start to feel overwhelmed. I message her whenever I can't seem to handle my emotions and I feel as if it's had a positive impact. I don't feel a weight on my shoulders like I used to before I started therapy. I strongly recommend BetterHelp and their services.
