I learned about BetterHelp.com through a popular YouTube person, who did quite a bit of research. I agree that they offer fair and reputable counseling.
In a couple of occasions, I have contacted customers service and they went beyond what I expected and handled my concerns.
My counselor is highly professional and competent and I love how easy it is to set goals. She is always kind and respectful.
They really seem to be the "real deal" as a good business.
