I have completed three boxes of the Synbiotic 365 which I took daily over the past few months. The first two weeks I experienced quite a bit of gas, but I continued because I felt confident in the product from the video I had watched. Within a week after that my bowel movements became regular and I have much less bloating. Beyond that, I feel this product has reduced inflammation somehow in my body because my joints were less painful and I had less headaches. I wasn't sure how that could possibly be, and so when I ran out, I let myself get back to life without them. Joint pain increased and headaches returned while off of them. I have just re-ordered three boxes and the 365 will be a permanent part of my daily routine. I have recommended this product to friends.
