I have/had many health issues for many years requiring surgeries and medications, so I was skeptical but hopeful when I first ordered this product. I am currently nearly finished box two of the United Naturals Synbiotic 365.
Because of my very poor health, it has taken a while to begin showing improvements, but I am pleased to have noticed the following: improved gut health, slight increase in energy levels, and less pain. I have dropped from four 200 mg tablets/day to one 200 mg. tablet/day, which is amazing since I have been taking that much for almost five years! I plan to continue taking this supplement.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
