Since starting, I have better digestion and feel so much better. I am also sleeping better, not sure how that relates to the product but I definitely am! I have also lost some weight and it has been stable now, and people have commented on how great I look!
I am continuing the product, just ordered my second order of three more boxes, well worth the money! I would definitely encourage everyone to give this product a try!
