From start to finish, Rocket Mortgage was wonderful to work with. My husband made the soft inquiry about refinancing, gave them the terms he would need to do the loan, and they worked everything out. The process was easy, and everything was done online. An appraiser was sent to our house, and our house was appraised for just about what we expected. We got the interest rate we wanted, and negotiated the closing costs. Once approved, an agent came to our house one night after work, and we signed the paperwork. Voila! That was it!
