    Unit did not start properly and then "froze"

    Overall Experience:

    The response from customer service was prompt and professional.

    One thing that concerns me about the unit itself is this was the second time I had to "factory upgrade it." Before renewing in May 2019, I may consider a new unit. That should be an option that FixMeStick could offer me at that time.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
