The market in southeastern Florida is extremely competitive and definitely requires a knowledgeable real estate agent; the challenge is that there are hundreds of possible agents. Laurie Finkelstein Reader’s office was extremely professional, responsive, and ultimately, they sold my unit in a very quick time. I particularly liked the way they have individuals with expertise in each aspect of the process. The photographer was excellent, and my particular realtor was amazingly knowledgeable about the market in my area. When the condo sold, they had a "closing specialist" who walked me through each aspect of that too. I had a particular need for closing dates and they made sure that my needs were met. I was completely satisfied and I credit HomeLight with helping me have a successful sale.
