I was on an equally good product, but it was several different products that you take and was quite expensive. This product works for equally as well for 1/3 of the price! I would recommend this product to anyone with problems with their gut, bloating, and constipation. I'm sure once I am able to get back into my normal exercise routine, I will shed the few pounds I'd like to lose.
