They rejected my impressions which were supposed to be reimbursed, now they want $50 more for new ones and won't return the money of the first ones. It's disappointing how they find excuses to keep your money.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Hi Giovanni, we appreciate you taking time to share your experience. If a customer is not eligible for treatment, we will refund the impression kit. If a customer's impression kit is denied due to an issue with the impressions themselves, they can re-order an impression kit and will be reimbursed once they purchase aligners.
