First time using an online mortgage company. This was a great experience. Very easy to contact people, submit documents, and see how our loan process was moving forward. Loved that I could do this at any time of the day to fit my schedule. Will definitely use Quicken/Rocket Mortgage again if we buy another home in the future. Will recommend this to anyone I know looking at buying a home.
