I have been adding this to Bud's food every day, not a scoop yet though. He's a grazer and doesn't eat one big meal a day. He gets several much smaller feedings and I put a sprinkle on each one. He's probably getting a scoop over the course of the day. He does not throw up as much, (every day) down to maybe once a week if that. His black coat is very shiny and sleek. He rips around a lot too, bouncing off the walls to make it more interesting. He hasn't done that for a couple of years. He is 10 years old now and still by times, very much the kitten.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
