Very poor experience. SmileDirectClub provided misleading information about insurance coverage (including an email that said, "Good news about your insurance! Your insurance savings are waiting!"), and then when that turned out not to be true, they hid behind fine print and asterisks.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

We are able to confirm if a customer's insurance covers certain orthodontic codes, but cannot confirm if they have any terms in place that prevent a customer from being eligible for these benefits if used with SmileDirectClub.
