I finally decided to purchase this item after my laptop computer became slower and slower. I figured the cost was worth a try. To send my computer to a repair shop would certainly have cost more and taken more time. The scanning and cleaning process took about nine hours but my computer is noticeably faster. We will be trying this on an old desktop soon to see if it makes any difference there.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
