I recently had a very unusual problem with my FixMeStick. I worked with their staff until unfortunately I became ill and put the problem aside. Just last week I decided to try working with FixMeStick staff again to try to resolve the problem.
To their credit their documentation was excellent and I did not have to waste any time re-explaining the problem. FixMeStick staff made it clear that their goal was always to ensure that my problem was resolved no matter how long it took. Ultimately they replaced my stick as the original had somehow become corrupted. Their customer service was above and beyond the norm and I still believe this is one product everyone needs in their tool kit!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
