I was having a problem scanning with FixMeStick. It said I need to reset to factory setting and gave some instructions. I must not have understood them because I could not get it to work. Krystin identified the problem and patiently walked me through to get to Factory Settings. It did not take her long. Problem solve. Job WELL DONE.
