Yesterday, I got the icon button but did not link. I reviewed the files in Windows Explorer that showed User Guides, various languages. I tried this again today and there was a new folder, APPLICATION. Clicked on this and was able to start and do the scan.
You need to get your act together and provide better information for the user. All very well communicating after the scan, but SUPPORT to get started was pathetic.
Not a happy user so far.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
