As a layman, I can only evaluate what I read and compare it to other claims. After extensive reading, I believe the strains used for Synbiotic 365 and the amount are very effective, along with the vitamin B's support, and the formulation is carefully prepared. It's also important how the capsule is encased in an air free, individual packet. It's extremely helpful that the cap doesn't need refrigeration (out of sight, out of mind) so I don't forget to take it daily. I feel the probiotics have helped my microbiome health.
