    Horrible company!

    Overall Experience:

    I purchased Livia and I tried it "risk-free" as the site advertises, except when it didn't work for me and I wanted to return it, the process was awful and I never got my money back.

    I opted to return the product, I paid for mailing it back with tracking. The received it and said I would have my money back in 30 business days, it has been well over two months. Every time I call or email they say "we put urgent on your case for the financial department". There is no financial department you can't reach or call anyone there. The 718 number on Livia's website contacts a call center in the Ukraine.

    That being said, if you want to try it, do so knowing that you won't get your money back from Livia. You are better off purchasing it from a vendor or Amazon.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
