I saw this ad on Facebook. I was skeptical but tried it. It not only made my lips plump up but I put it on the fine lines surrounding the lip area and they plumped as well.
I purchased the clear coat but I love the product so much I am purchasing additional colors.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
