This the best scanner ever, I have never had a problem with the FixMeStick scan. I trust it completely to find and kill any unwanted viruses and everything else that can sneak in and cause serious problems or damage. It works great and is very thorough. It updates and upgrades before it scans so it always scans for the latest threats.
The customer service is amazing if you have to contact them.
