For nine months I’ve been with FDR I made the regular payments, plus $1000 of extra payments, kept them updated when the first creditor contact me, offering a settlement, they did nothing and the creditor file a lawsuit, FDR and their partners NLLG settled that debt for 100% of the original value and they increased the monthly payment to more than 220% on me for three months.
At this same time, another creditor sent me an email offering settlement for 55% of the debt value, I immediately forwarded the email to FDR, they made no move at all until today, although the offer had a deadline. Toward this negativity from FDR, I contacted this second creditor and managed to settle this debt for 45% of debt value.
All numbers and dates mentioned above are real and can be proved and I urge every debtor to settle their debt with creditors directly without using this disastrous service.
One last proof that this service is not trustable, try to make a negative comment on their Facebook account after few minutes they remove your comment and block you so you can view their account without making comment.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
