I had my second episode in less than 1 year with being hospitalized for diverticulitis. After going home after this second admission, my husband found this on social media of all places. We watched the video and I decided to try it to see if it would help. As with what often happens with diverticulitis, I fluctuated frequently between bouts of constipation and normal bowel movements for no apparent reasons. After starting Bio X4, I have had no constipation in two months. My Bowel movements are more abundant and soft. No episodes of diverticulitis or abdominal pain either!
