Very hesitant and nervous about calling. I knew I needed help. Kyle was so pleasant to deal with and did not make me feel like I had done something wrong and gotten myself into a bad situation. He made me feel that there was help for me. Everyone I have dealt with at FDR has been kind and understanding.
